Michelle is an experienced independent agent with 10 years of expertise in the financial service and insurance industry. Michelle's commitment extends beyond traditional outreach as she actively works towards serving underserved communities, particularly the Deaf community. With over 30 years of involvement in this community, Michelle takes pride in supporting Deaf-owned businesses and promoting the overall well-being of the Deaf community. Moreover, she uses her expertise to help families with special needs children, ensuring their wishes are effectively carried out.

In addition to her hands-on work, Michelle has served as a board member of Women in Insurance & Financial Services (WIFS) for 5 years and is currently a member. She is dedicated to attracting women to the financial service industry and promoting their development and advancement.

Michelle held the position of 2024 President at the Federation of Houston Professional Women (FHPW) and currently is the Foundation Chair of Federation of Houston Professional Women Educational Foundation. She values the collaborative and supportive environment that both WIFS and FHPW foster among their members.

Michelle's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sign Language Interpreting, showcasing her dedication to bridging communication gaps between communities. She currently resides in Texas with her family.
